High Pulls

For thrusters, you will take something such as a barbell or dumbbells and hold them at the height of your shoulder. Push Ups
It may seem a little too simple, but sometimes the simplest of all exercises are the best. Try to start off with the regular push ups. If you are unable to muster up enough upper body strength to properly complete the exercise, you might want to try knee push ups as these tend to be a little easier. After time, you will be able to advance.

Kettlebell Swings
This is a great exercising for toning your body while losing weight. It is also one of those exercises that look to be extremely easy, but really is not. IT takes many people a little bit of time practicing the kettlebell swings before they are ale to do them smoothly. Even though you will have to practice, it is time well spent.

Burpees is one of those exercises you do not hear a lot about. This is a full body exercises that is used as an aerobic exercise and one that is also used for strength training. Starting in a standing position, you will drop into a position of squatting with your hands placed on the floor. While you lower yourself for a push up, you are going to kick your feet back and then return your feet that original squatting position while you are straightening your arms. From there, you will leap up as high as you possibly can – pulling your hands up over your head.
